Support Available


I offer support via email because it can be used so flexibly - you can write and respond to emails when it best suits you or in the snippets of time you have between all that is going on in your life, rather than needing to be available at a particular date and time for us to connect live.


I also offer support via email, because mouth words are not the preferred communication for some neurodivergent individuals, all or some of the time. 


Support via email is also very cost effective (which a lot of us need at the moment) because when we aren't connecting live there is no cost for however long you need to formulate and convey your thoughts or questions.




Initial 1:1 support

$90 for a set of intake and initial support emails, akin to a first face to face session.


In order to gather the background information necessary to begin supporting you, and start to work things through, I find in-depth email exchanges are usually needed which are best done over a period of 1 to 2 weeks, to build momentum.


Ongoing 1:1 support

$60 per email coaching replies that would be akin to an ongoing face to face session.

How does support via email work?

Support via email is flexible, and very time and cost effective. 

Using a secure email address that cannot be accessed by anyone else, you can email me any day or time and I will respond within 1-2 business days. 

This means you let me know what is going on, what you would like help with, or what questions you have when it best suits you. You also don't pay anything for this time like you would do if we were connected live. Your email can be as long or as short as you need it to be.

Support Times Available

Emails will be monitored during business hours from 9am Monday to 1pm Friday with replies sent within 2 business days of receiving the email.

All times are based on Melbourne, Australia time.
